“Okay, but seriously, how are people going to use this”

Two customers emerged as the most likely candidates for large initial orders. We repeatedly rebuilt our test devices as we zeroed in on their specific use cases.

This device was the first to integrate a separate barcode module, which was attached to a small adjustable mount at the top.

While our testing reconfirmed that devices designed to image tall objects from the top-down were awkward to use when trying to image large objects in profile, our primary use case was now small enough to be covered by one device.

Design Requirements:

• Create and execute a UX/UI test plan based on two specific use cases

• Leverage the first-hand experience on customer lines and feedback from actual users.

• Integrate barcode module
